It is a privilege and an honor to be back in Tanzania, and I feel blessed to be surrounded by some of my best friends. The first step off the plane I was hit with the sent I could only identify as Tanzania. It is like I was here last month, even though it has been over two years. I loved seeing the newbies during the unreal welcome from the Upendo members. It was one of the most intense part from my first trip.

When I step off the bus to hear someone yell “Brocky!” I turn my head to the right to see Annette’s smiling face. I truly didn’t think anyone besides a select few would remember me. It lifted my heart and put a smile on my face that wouldn’t go away for minutes. I couldn’t be having more laughs and more fun with the people I love.
