Finding Computers, Printing and Scanning
The Kreitzberg Library offers wireless Internet access throughout the building. Guests may visit the Information Technology Help Desk in Juckett Hall (ext. 2456) for access information. The library also provides access to computers, printing and scanning.
Computers and Printing
The reference area has seven computers available for research and writing. The Electronic Classroom has 12 additional computers that are available when a library instruction class is not in session. This classroom is not a Computer Services Lab and not available for scheduling.
These computers require either a Norwich University Network user name and password or a guest access card from the Circulation Desk.
Network printing is available for all of these computers, with printers in both the reference area and Electronic Classroom.
The north corners of the Mezzanine Level are home to a Computer Services Computer Lab, which has nine computers. These computers have the same lab image available on computers across campus and do require a Norwich University Network user name and password.
This Computer Lab also has its own printer, which is located in the northwest corner of the floor.
Second, third and fourth floors
Single computer stations are available on the upper floors for searching the library catalog only. These computers do not require a Norwich University Network login.
Flatbed scanners are attached to two of the computers in the Electronic Classroom on the first floor.
A more robust, quick standalone scanner is available on the Mezzanine by the Architecture shelving. Please note this scanner does not require login, but you do need a flash drive to save your scans.
